Fido Factor.com, a new dog-specific search website has just launched. Touting itself as the “ultimate guide to dog-friendly locations”, the San Francisco based website and its companion iPhone app serve one purpose, to aggregate a dog-friendly list of restaurants, stores, bars, parks, lodging and attractions as well as pet stores and dog services where you can hang out with your dog.
At the moment Fido Factor is only available in Boston, San Francisco, New York City and Portland, but the roster is growing quickly.
What a cool idea! I hope they plan on compiling a list of Canadian dog-friendly locations too, in the not too distant future.
