I was sold (personally) on EFA's back at the beginning of my GNC days. A lady came into the store asking for a specific brand that we were out of stock on. When I asked her what she was using it for, she told me she worked in a day care and that some of the children were taking the supplement to help with ADD. I guess they ran out and some of the kids were getting pretty rangy! Since that day EFA's were one of the supplements I always tried to stay consistent with. Funny, I'm not taking any right now, but I'm giving it to Sweety and Zeus. :/

As a former gym rat, I used to take an Omega 3 supplement myself. Never occurred to me that it might help my dogs – especially our Shar Pei who, on occasion, gets a swollen hock. We are currently on a road trip, and our dog food was emptied into a plastic container. When we get home, I will be sure to the ingredients on the bag. Thanks for the tip.
