APAWS ~ Animal Protection and Welfare Society

A.P.A.W.S. (Animal Protection And Welfare Society) is an all volunteer group of people who are dedicated to ensuring that all pet animals in and around the Baton Rouge area live in homes which provide for all of the animal’s physical and emotional needs (including daily maintenance, medical care and nurturing) for the animal’s lifetime.

Wild Arc ~ BC SPCA Wild Animal Rehabilitation Centre

Wild ARC is permitted annually by the BC Ministry Environment to rehabilitate raptors, mammals, amphibians and reptiles, and by the Canadian Wildlife Service, to treat migratory birds.
